The Good in Mankind

After a conversation with my sister the other day, it got me thinking about how every person does have their good points. Yes, every person. God created All mankind in His image, planting the seeds of Love within our inner gardens. Along “the Way” each of us choose to cultivate those seeds OR we allow the bad seed of unhealthy weeds to blow in and take root. However, Know this: God’s seeds of love are still within. And sometimes they pop up and show the beauty of their gifts & talents shining brightly in another’s life. Think about those you Know who you’ve seen the beauty, the kindness, gentleness, the Love shine bright in your life. Are they still that person? Is their light still shining? Or did they make a wrong turn and darkness is overshadowing the person you knew? What do you do if darkness has overtaken?

If you are like me and my sister we question: Do I go down the road with them in an attempt to lead them back to The Way of Love? Or do I stand at the crossroads watching them walk away? The answer to these questions is: BOTH. How far you go is different for every person and situation. At least in my opinion and from what God has revealed to me. I have taken the wrong road, more than once in fact, and I am thankful for those who walked with me a for awhile. I also understand when they had to turn back to save themselves from my dark choices. Part of loving God 1st is listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit who gives you words of wisdom to share not only in person but in prayer with Hope the party will receive His Word(s) and turn back with you. The other part of God’s commandments is to Love Yourself, which means listen to your gut, that instinct that says, “you are going to far, it’s time to step away and dust your feet. You’ve done your part, you’ve watered them with the Word, fed them, and tried to cultivate my seeds of Love, they are not hearing or seeing. Let them go. They have hardened their heart. Come back to me and continue to pray knowing I AM still with them. I will be there waiting for them to answer my knock, to open the door, repent, and return home to Me. Then and only then you may see them again. And sometimes your season with them is over.” I will let you know.

If the season is over, you still have the seeds of Love and season you shared, the memories, the history that no one can take away. Be thankful you were chosen to share some of the seeds of Love that person had within, it was a gift after all. And be thankful for the still small voice that came to guide you when darkness was looming ready to consume you both. Thankful God stopped you from going on a journey where the storms and tornados of life would carry you to places you should not be going. That would do neither of you any good. Yes, sometimes you have to ” Move & get out of the way.” Especially, when that dark road they choose to travel has nothing to do with you and is not yours to try to navigate.

Well, that’s it for me today. If you are feeling like you are on a journey headed the wrong way, may these words dig deep and bring you back to the right road. The road of Love which shines bright and brings forth good fruit along The Way. Shalom.

Together as ONE

I love” CBS Sunday Morning ” they share so much good and interesting info. Sometimes bringing me to tears of Joy and sometimes yes, sometimes sadness at what I see going on in the world. Today’s was a day the show brought me to tears with a combo of interviews with Lou Gossett Jr., Kim Novak, and finally Eric Whitaker’s “Singing Together as ONE “: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIcufPW2wwc

This is the interview on the creation of the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uS0ioMnVdHw

This time of Covid, protests, and isolation has really been revealing the true spirits of mankind. Good and bad. For me like Lou Gossett Jr said, ” We need each other desperately for our “mutual” survival.” For the life of me, I am not understanding how All of mankind cannot see by now that a house divided cannot stand. How is it there are still so many hard of heart and can’t see that the core, the roots of us are all the same? ” There is no one righteous; no not even one” Romans 3: 22-25. What on earth makes one person think they are better than another? I know I sure can’t take on that stance. Take a good look at yourself, really look. Can you really stand and say, ” I have no flaws, I don’t make mistakes, I don’t ever lie – not even a white lie, I have never cheated anyone, I am never cruel, judgmental, bitter, gossiping, angry, and the list goes on? When you really look within you will find imperfections just like everyone else. The only difference is for some their season of bondage and despair they get stuck in it. Often the causes of the Fall they did Not Choose and being beat down so long the person doesn’t know how to break the chains that bind. Hope is way off in the distance. That’s where those that have broken thru the bondage come in. What those that have broken their chains should be doing is reaching out a hand of help just like God did for them, not taking an attitude of now I am better than you, then go forward forgetting how you too were once on that same road. Life on Earth thrives on the choices of All Mankind, the Love extended by ALL Mankind, the Respect and compassion for yourself, your family, and Yes, your neighbors in all the World. We cannot survive without one another. Our bodies cannot survive without the Earth and the Earth cannot survive without man respecting and utilizing it’s gifts in moderation. My tears came from the Hope I saw in the union of all the culturally different voices, from the wise words of those interviewed, and the pain they had endured. My tears came as the Spirit of God touched my spirit saying, ” Never fear, I am with you and my season of Love IS coming

Yes, what this Season is revealing is: It is TIME we lay down our weapons of warfare against one another, time we close the gaps of division, and take up the Shield of Faith, the Heart of God, and walk in the shoes of PEACE! In this we can rise up and restore God’s plan, a life rich in Love.

Shalom!

Sword of the Spirit

The 4th of July weekend 2020, to be honest, did not start out having much vibe of Independence, at least not to me. Independence: the quality or state of being independent: not subject to control by others (for me the others indicates mankind).

So instead of news and fireworks displays I went where I Know I can find Freedom and Independence: His Word. I started with Priscilla Shirer: Going Beyond Ministries: the Armor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePbAv6NuKzQ This took me right on into the study I am doing with my Legacy sisters Spiritual studies group. Our session the last 7 weeks has been on ” Putting on the armor of God.” Of which the most important piece to me is the topic of tonight’s study: The Sword of the Spirit: The Word of God. Her sermon and my study brought even more attention to: like life you do have to choose how you will use your Sword – which are the words rolling off your tongue. Did you know the sword isn’t just to Kill? The edge of the sword can be used to smote/cut out or cut off. When you look at it this way it becomes clear The Word is much like a surgeon’s scalpel which cuts away diseased flesh bringing repentance & having done it’s work the patient’s flesh restores, heals, and grows back new. As it says in Heb.4:12: For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. In this surgical procedure the Sword of the Spirit (word of God) cuts away the chains that bind your spirit and you are Free (Independent) to walk in the promise of God.

As you follow the 1st most important commandment: To love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. The Sword of the Spirit begins it’s procedure within you. As to Love anyone you must get to know them personally & communicate with them. We naturally want to know more, seek within to understand who they are, who you are, to gain an understanding of the Words being spoken so you can grow closer as One. In this seeking we also gain an independence that cannot be taken away and will bear the fruit of he 2nd most important commandment: to love your neighbor as yourself.”  Yes, it is LOVE that gives independence. To do that you must get to know your Creator, yourself and your neighbors. As you do this you will come to the awareness we are all of the same origin and what makes us, the Earth, and Heavens work is LOVE. Gen 1:27 God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God (Love) created he him; male and female created he themColossians 3:10 – And have put on the new [man/woman], which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created them:

So this year, even when it sometimes sounds like all my independence is being threatened, I can put on my armor, pick up my Sword (His Word) and quickly cut away the lies/deceit/and all things evil so that I Can continue to walk in the Love & Freedom God’s Word promises Me.

Like this in Isaish 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Love and Light in all you do.

In a Bit of a Funk…

Hi. So who else is in a bit of a Funk with all that’s going on? I know I am having my up & down days. I can’t stand watching the news anymore. I do of course but, I am down to Once a week. Especially since I had to cancel all 3 of my trips I had planned for over a year. Yes, I guess I am a bit whiny too. And it sure has put me in a writing slump. I tell myself, ” this is when you should be posting and encouraging others. You just stop that whining, you are Blessed with a nice home, backyard, your health, and more than enough Work. That alone should lift you up, look at all those Unemployed” Don’t get me wrong, I am so grateful for all this and more. I tell God daily “Thank You! & am forever apologizing for whining like a spoiled child”

Yet, I can’t lie either, my emotions are in there and some days they just aren’t listening to my prayers or what I or God have to say to them. I miss my family and friends. I think because I had been planning and so looking forward to my trips for so long, it was more of a let down than I wanted to admit. So when I am not keeping busy with work and such those darn emotions surface and talk to much. LOL I do pick myself up thru the week and have good intentions on my Saturdays to post some positive, encouraging, and helpful tips. I do encourage others on the phone and in a few emails on and off. And I start off energized on Fridays & Saturdays doing my household chores & gardening then as I work I get to thinking about how I miss everyone, how I should have been in California most of June with my family and friends celebrating Graduations, Birthdays, and just being home in California. And before I get to low God comes thru. He will send someone or something to lift me out of my blues. I press on down my list of to do’s and by afternoon I am tired and just want to go read, listen to music, watch Netflix or sleep…not write a post. As I am writing this post, I do see I need to shift my To Do list and post 1st thing on Saturday or Sunday Before I get to far gone in all the rest of the stuff and my mind has time to start it’s chatter. LOL It’s a vicious cycle really I think when I am working away at my job, “this isolation time is perfect for writing, snap out of it and this weekend WRITE!” I listen my fav Wayne Dyer before I go to bed…especially ” Excuses Be Gone” & “Making the Shift” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cwZR4XDmX4 oh and ” I Can Do It!” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1N5ZCEdBw3o. There are other various other things I listen to. Things to lift me up so I can do my part in loving and lifting my neighbor too. Like the wise words in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FIS2B8Jwoo . And there are all kinds of great bedtime prayers to music to comfort you as you go to sleep. And of course, I go to the Word for encouragement and even make notes that I can use in my posts. I am prepped! LOL I just don’t make my way to posting.

What is my point in this post? Well, a couple of things. I apologize for my isolating even online. I am seeing isolating even more is not doing me or my neighbor any good at all. I am in hopes my being real adds me to your prayer list asking that I can rise up out of my blahs, my writing slump, & shut down the chatter of emotions and that if you are feeling the same way, Know you/we are not alone. Feel free to comment and I will add you to my prayers too.

On that note: The Good out of all this: God is showing me some things about myself, & what areas I need to work on within my inner garden. And boy I just don’t know where I would be if I didn’t have His Word, the Angels He sends my way, & the loving comfort of my BFF, Yeshua (Jesus).

Shalom!

Wearin’ me out!

While I understand the need of masks, gloves, and social distancing, I would be a lie if I said this isn’t wearin’ me out some days. The masks get hot! Hats off to all the workers who have to wear them all day! Seriously, My prayers and gratefulness is with you. I am used to wearin’ gloves actually, as I live in a state with seasons so been wearing gloves all winter and I wear support computer gloves. I did have to laugh when I went to Home Depot today and what did I forget, my GLOVES! No worries, I keep a spray bottle of Simple Green in my car with wipes. The social distancing isn’t too tough as so much is still closed, we have no droves of tourists. The walk at the Falls was beautiful and so peaceful this morning. So nope now that I am talking about it, that doesn’t wear me out.

Here is the part that’s getting to me, so many of the things I enjoy are still closed. I do enjoy eating out in a nice restaurant and I miss my museums, street faires, the NAACC Meditation group, and most of all my BOOK STORE! Yes, I can still buy books from there but that is Not the same as hanging out browsing thru all the used books, 3 stories full of rooms of books. And he was having life music in a great room on 3rd floor before all this. Yes, I am going thru bookstore withdrawals! Which is kinda silly now that I said it, because of course I have lots of books at home and some I haven’t even read. The other reason I know it is getting to me is I already worked from home and I spend November to April mostly indoors due to cold winters. So to have my “stay home” extend to summer is tough. Ok, now that I have that off my chest, let me say; this has also made me so appreciate all those creature comforts that we have all taken for granted in the past. I am grateful for my health and that I do work from home and was already accustomed to it. I am grateful my family and friends are doing well and God has kept us, for the most part, all employed. I am grateful for my Sunday night Bible study conference call and the online Meditation that my group keeps up. And I am Oh so grateful for the huge National Park, river, and Falls that we are allowed to go hiking around in, and most of all my home and private backyard so I can get out and enjoy summer now that the weather is nice.

So, while it is “wearin’ me out” on somedays; I am not worn out. LOL In my walk today the Spirit reminded me, ” You are Blessed and remember it is how you “Choose” to process it all that drives how you are “feeling”. So stop your grumbling and just be Grateful ! And that I AM!

Shalom!

Earthing…remember going barefoot

Hi. My Dad told me about this when I was young and as most young people I half listened and thought, “oh lordy, more of the old folks tales”. Then the 60’s & 70’s movement hit and low and behold my generation was tapping into the importance of sustainability and the importance of nature, love and peace. Its origins may be traced to European social movements in the 19th and early 20th century such as Bohemians, and the influence of Eastern religion and spirituality. From around 1967, its fundamental ethos — including harmony with nature, communal living, & artistic experimentation particularly in music. Sound familiar. Yep, history continues to repeat itself. That is good thing as long as we repeat the things that bear Good fruit, Love, Peace for ALL who are willing to receive it. I do appreciate todays young crowd as I see many learned from their parents that going overboard in the “love and drugs” was not a good choice and ultimately destroyed the spirit of the whole movement. Yep, as with any extreme behavior the end result does not bear good fruit.

Now back to the point:Earthing is a fast-growing movement based upon the discovery that connecting to the Earth’s natural energy is essential for vibrant health. Connecting to the Earth is easy and can be done outdoors by walking barefoot on the Earth’s natural surfaces.”   At first it reads like this is some new found information, a new movement. As the video’s below will reveal this is far from a new movement. We know more of the benefits now and now there are new inventions for the busy and city bound folks. Yes, you can purchase products to still get the full benefits of oneness with the Earth. Don’t get me wrong, I am in no way saying the new packaging or the inventive products are a bad thing. I am in fact thrilled to see the younger generation embracing the God’s origina design of a lifestyle of sustainability, natural healing, and just in general a healthier journey of life. And walking barefoot and wiggling your toes in the grass or in the sand feels fabulous, in my opinion. I live in a very cold climate, so in the winter there will be no walking outdoors barefoot for me. So, I’m going to check out the Plush pad half sheet this next winter. https://grounded.com/    But, right now We are coming into Spring &        I can’t wait to get in out there in the backyard and create my garden, barefoot of course.

Check out this full documentary on You tube: “The Earthing Movie: The Remarkable Science of Grounding. ” Or only have a few minutes check out: “Down to Earth”

Oh and Happy Mother’s Day! all you Mom’s….I hope you are being spoiled and having a Restful day outdoors enjoying Nature and all it has to offer.  smile

Does water have Feelings?

Morning. The remainder of our fasting period, we will continue to focus on awareness of our Oneness with God, the Earth, the Universe and One Another. Ya know All Living things have Feelings, not just humans. It has been proven water which covers approximately 70% of earth and of which is 60-80% of the human body has Feelings! Throughout this post I have added sites and videos that I pray bring awareness and bring the same questions they did to me:  Do I walk around selfishly taking water for granted? When is the last time I even thought about how much we need water for our bodies to LIVE? What am I doing to help in keeping our water resources clean? After all, How we respect the water resources affects what’s going into our bodies?   Ya know I like to share things that hopefully peak your interest into seeking more knowledge and pray you will participate in my suggestions. On that note this is a lady with a series of videos testing and showing how water does have feelings and responds to even the Written Word. This is the 1st one and here’s where you will need to participate and do a search to see them all. Have fun and do some testing yourself! This would be a fun project with kids too not only teaching them about Words affects on one another but, even on WATER! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjwRhsGjA-c

For more written details read: http://all-water.org/Emoto.html  And for sure watch his Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAvzsjcBtx8

On a very current note proof of our abuse on our water supply has surfaced in how our water is responding to our isolating and giving it a break from mankind.  If you go to You Tube and type in Clearer water cleaner air and a few videos come up showing how the water is clearing up and the silver lining of our isolation these last few weeks. A big  drop in pollution…Just in this short time!  Yes, we can bring change quickly.

Here is a article with more details.   https://www.france24.com/en/20200320-clearer-water-cleaner-air-the-environmental-effects-of-coronavirus

What’s sad is the comment in this video “as we get back out it is likely this will just go back up.”  But, it Doesn’t have to! WE the People can Choose to change some selfish lifestyle habits and give some Respect to our Earth and Environment maintaining some of the positive effects of our giving Earth a break.  # 1 Take it seriously that we Must Save the Earth to Save ourselves!

Once you finish this post and watch these and whatever videos you look up,  I ask what do you want, Beautiful pure water or angry dark water?

https://www.learnreligions.com/bible-verses-about-protecting-the-environment-712753

https://www.workingmother.com/blogs/mommy-favorites/five-reasons-why-we-should-take-care-earth

I leave with this prayer:  May all who read, watch, seek, and participate in this post gain wisdom, grow in awareness of the Truth in all that is posted, and Choose to walk in Love not only for themselves and their neighbors but, for the Earth/Universe that sustains us. In the name of Yeshua. Amen.

Shalom!

Oneness with Nature

Genesis 2:7 the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being

Life on Earth depends on, is shaped by, and affects climate.

Our Life is part of and One with the Earth and both are just one component in the Universe as a whole. as said in Romans 8:18:  all things work together for good to those who love God, who; or that in all things God works together with those who love him to bring about what is good.  The Earth will not survive without us and we will not survive without the Earth. We are both gardens which require seeds and tender Loving Care (TLC) to produce good food in order to Live. Did you know the Earth needs food to produce food? Do you ever stop and think about the Fact All Our very existence requires a daily food source, our Energy sources come from the Earth and how we treat the Earth affects the climate system and in turn, the climate dictates where and how species can survive. Yes, it takes ALL of us working Together- choosing good for Life to bear GOOD. Currently the people in the house (the earth) are divided planting seeds of both good and evil which is bearing fruit that is selfish and disrespectful to the Earth & it’s inhabitants. The GOOD NEWS IS: We can still restore the Garden both inside and out to its Natural state through LOVE.  A big part of that Sustainability as it will take Time to restore the garden(s). I ask  “Do you want to Live the life you’ve been given or destroy it?” And Daily the choice is yours: think on the definition of Daily: produced, or occurring every day. Wow! and that is so literal, if we don’t care for ourselves, others, and the Earth we live on Daily, weeds and natural disaster will consume and destroy all the Good things so many of us right now are taking for granted.

So again as my dear friend says:  Choose Good Things!

That said, today I am going to share Earthly ways you can participate in restoring your garden both inside and out. smile Not only you are what you think, you are what you EAT! So let’s begin with growing your own garden of veggies, herbs, and fruits. Whether you live in the city or rural you Can grow your own garden. If you live in an apartment you may have to still buy your fruit as I realize many grow on trees but, we can grow more in a small space than you think. A great site for those with small yards is Urban Edible Forest.  Love blueberries? You can grow them in a container! Go to You Tube and type in, How to grow Blueberries in a container. In fact, if you want to know how to grow anything, go to You Tube and type in what’s on your mind.

No patio or yard here’s one to look up on growing indoors: https://www.advancednutrients.com/articles/easy-hydroponics-beginners-guide/

Another recent post by some stars is: https://news.yahoo.com/10-stars-gardening-while-stuck-212233015.html

And did you know Gardening can help your Mental Health. This is a great site that shares just how much.  I know I can testify to how much it helps me work through things, relax, get some fresh air, be amazed at how things grow and get a good work out!  https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/think-act-be/201906/10-mental-health-benefits-gardening

BTW: I am not saying never go to the grocery or the Farmers market. I love going to Farmers markets and stands. I live in the North where the winters get very cold! So, Don’t get me wrong I support our farmers too, not just because of winter but, because there are some things I just am not good at growing I’ve discovered. smile  My favorite way of supporting farmers is: http://www.imperfectfoods.com. While they aren’t as perfect looking as the grocery stores they are Just as Tasty and very affordable and they come right to My door!

For more info on how We, mankind and the Earth are one in more ways than one watch this:  https://www.climate.gov/teaching/essential-principles-climate-literacy/teaching-essential-principle-3-life-earth-depends

Well, that’s my 2 cents for the day. May you enjoy and I pray you take this post to heart and Choose to join in on the restoration of the Earth, both inside and out!

Shalom!

Everyone needs Love, right?

In this time and season we are hearing, “What the world needs now is Love.”  I so agree. What does that mean? What is Love? Is Love all Light and goodness? You would think so. However, Love can and does “sometimes” have a dark side. So let’s talk about Love a little. Yeshua (Jesus) tells us the most important of commandments is: “ First, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and the 2nd is love your neighbor as yourself.” You would think that should be simple. But, thanks to man, Love is very complex. Why? Because mankind as a whole doesn’t walk in they ways of our Lord’s love and has, like in everything else in life, often misinterprets & misconstrues Love. This is why it’s so important that you seek God 1st and allow Him to reveal what Love really is & how to walk in it. You see Love comes in many forms. The Main ones being the THREE types of Love in the Bible: Eros, Philos, & Agape. I have listed 3 websites at the end on Love in hopes the reader will want to dig deeper and read more. I liked these sites so these are the ones I share and of course if you google it, there are more. smile

Today, I am addressing Philos Love – it’s the love we as God’s people are called to walk in toward one another/ toward all mankind.  It is the Light of this Love you should be able to share with your neighbor. Unfortunately, this form of Love is the one I believe can most easily take a dark side. It is the easiest form for someone to take out of context and decided its more or that they want it to be more, whether you do or not. What that person needs to realize is that only pushes the intended receiver away. This is sad because in this behavior love gets lost entirely and becomes ugly for both parties.  A young woman said to me once; Beauty is a Pain. She meant that both physically and spiritually. Being beautiful inside and out she all too often experiences many – men especially – who take her kindness, her light of love, and her God given natural beauty either as a sign of weakness to use and abuse or they distort it into a lust driven quote “love” within their minds. One example is when a man allows their lust, desires, or maybe “need” due to a lack of love to run rampant in their imaginations. They turn kindness into the potential of a relationship. Even though that was in No way insinuated or even hinted at by the woman.  Her intention was just walking in the Philos love God calls her to share in her day to day walk. Philos love is basically loving someone like your sister or brother. It’s the love you have for a friend, Nothing more, nothing less. It is the most common form of love and this is what the World needs now.

The other two forms of God’s love Eros an Agape are Personal and God should be in the mix in the sharing of these forms of Love. These loves are shared willingly and mutually Not by why of Force in any form or fashion.

Here are the guidelines, the attributes of Real Love we all need to remember:

https://love.allwomenstalk.com/distinct-types-of-love-that-we-should-all-get-to-experience/

My prayer today is: May the Reader really take in these words then Live and Love within them. May they seek God 1st to experience the fullness of Love & have any longing needs for love fulfilled. That they learn to truly love themselves so that then they may love and respect others so they may walk in the appropriate love with each person they encounter. That in their seeking an Eros love, that God provide them a match that is Wanting and willing to receive that form of love they wish to share. If not, then move on that is not the one for you. And that they remember in Eros love it’s mutual – both must be in agreement in wanting to share that love (example: a man/woman relationship love)

May the reader have ears to hear and eyes to see. In Messiah Jesus name I pray. Amen

What’s a Pescatarian?

Good Morning!  As we leave our liquid only diet. Hallelujah! I personally really struggled yesterday, to the point at the end of the day, I had to have a little squash and a cup of nuts. I am Grateful for the all that has been revealed during this last 7 days and have no regrets at all yet, I am ready to move into the remaining days of the Fast and add in fruits, veggies, and if you are like me and like a little meat – add fish. One of the blessings I gained from my fasting was: I do want/need to listen to my Dr. and my daughter and for the most part cut out meat. However, I do LOVE fish! Thank God it has a lot of health benefits and of course there is a name for this type of diet. A Pescatarian!  Rather than me go into a whole discussion on it, here’s a bit of what bbcgoodfood.com says about it:  The pescatarian diet is widely accepted as being a nutritious choice due to the known benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle, coupled with high-protein, lean white fish and omega-3 fatty acids found in oily fish including salmon, mackerel, herring and fresh tuna. This style of eating has shown a reduced risk of developing conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity, all of which are risk factors for heart disease. In addition, a 2016 study showed that omega-3 fatty acids were associated with a lower risk of fatal heart attacks. A balanced pescatarian diet also mirrors the Mediterranean diet.

Research has linked a pescatarian diet with positive impacts on chronic disease and lower mortality rates, in comparison to diets that include meat. The study also showed those on a pescatarian diet had lower levels of blood cholesterol and blood pressure and a lower risk of diabetes, blood pressure and metabolic syndrome, compared with non-vegetarians.

If you click n the words in color, it will give you choice of going to those sites for more info. smile

This past week, I pray you have planted some new seeds, unburied and cultivated others, and may have reaped some benefits already. I know I sure have. Remember this is not a “you have to follow this Fast just like I say”.  Some others, who have chosen to fast, have tweeked the fast and are only doing portions and/or have added their own items to best fertilize their inner gardens. Examples: 2 of my friends are adhering to Ramadan fast this 30 days of No Food from sun up to sundown, eating a good breakfast and breaking fast at dark with a good healthy dinner. Another is doing sun up to as close to sundown as she can, the days are long so that means dinner is at Eight and practicing meditation and reading up on Buddhism. smile  Then a 3rd is not doing the food portion and instead cutting out all negative media and transforming the mind with positive programming and reading of the word. As for those who read my post and choose not to participate in the fast; I pray you find my posts interesting & that they are providing good seeds to benefit the inner garden of your mind and heart.

Shalom!
