Oneness with Nature

Genesis 2:7 the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being

Life on Earth depends on, is shaped by, and affects climate.

Our Life is part of and One with the Earth and both are just one component in the Universe as a whole. as said in Romans 8:18:  all things work together for good to those who love God, who; or that in all things God works together with those who love him to bring about what is good.  The Earth will not survive without us and we will not survive without the Earth. We are both gardens which require seeds and tender Loving Care (TLC) to produce good food in order to Live. Did you know the Earth needs food to produce food? Do you ever stop and think about the Fact All Our very existence requires a daily food source, our Energy sources come from the Earth and how we treat the Earth affects the climate system and in turn, the climate dictates where and how species can survive. Yes, it takes ALL of us working Together- choosing good for Life to bear GOOD. Currently the people in the house (the earth) are divided planting seeds of both good and evil which is bearing fruit that is selfish and disrespectful to the Earth & it’s inhabitants. The GOOD NEWS IS: We can still restore the Garden both inside and out to its Natural state through LOVE.  A big part of that Sustainability as it will take Time to restore the garden(s). I ask  “Do you want to Live the life you’ve been given or destroy it?” And Daily the choice is yours: think on the definition of Daily: produced, or occurring every day. Wow! and that is so literal, if we don’t care for ourselves, others, and the Earth we live on Daily, weeds and natural disaster will consume and destroy all the Good things so many of us right now are taking for granted.

So again as my dear friend says:  Choose Good Things!

That said, today I am going to share Earthly ways you can participate in restoring your garden both inside and out. smile Not only you are what you think, you are what you EAT! So let’s begin with growing your own garden of veggies, herbs, and fruits. Whether you live in the city or rural you Can grow your own garden. If you live in an apartment you may have to still buy your fruit as I realize many grow on trees but, we can grow more in a small space than you think. A great site for those with small yards is Urban Edible Forest.  Love blueberries? You can grow them in a container! Go to You Tube and type in, How to grow Blueberries in a container. In fact, if you want to know how to grow anything, go to You Tube and type in what’s on your mind.

No patio or yard here’s one to look up on growing indoors: https://www.advancednutrients.com/articles/easy-hydroponics-beginners-guide/

And did you know Gardening can help your Mental Health. This is a great site that shares just how much.  I know I can testify to how much it helps me work through things, relax, get some fresh air, be amazed at how things grow and get a good work out!  https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/think-act-be/201906/10-mental-health-benefits-gardening

BTW: I am not saying never go to the grocery or the Farmers market. I love going to Farmers markets and stands. I live in the North where the winters get very cold! So, Don’t get me wrong I support our farmers too, not just because of winter but, because there are some things I just am not good at growing I’ve discovered. smile  My favorite way of supporting farmers is: http://www.imperfectfoods.com. While they aren’t as perfect looking as the grocery stores they are Just as Tasty and very affordable and they come right to My door!

Well, that’s my 2 cents for the day. May you enjoy and I pray you take this post to heart and Choose to join in on the restoration of the Earth, both inside and out!

Shalom!
