With summer shining on us, I know many are seeking to stay cool. Here is a great treat you and the family can enjoy. Not only do they taste good, you are honoring your temple & setting a good example with a healthy treat !
1 cup plain yogurt, 1 banana, sliced, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup fruit juice or fruit chunks.
Directions: Blend ingredients together ( I use my Bullet, quick! ) and pour into small paper cups. Put in the Freezer. When Half frozen place a plastic spoon or a Popsicle stick in each cup. To serve, turn the cup upside down and run hot water over it till the popsicle slips out. (it only takes a moment or you can just peel off the paper cup) If you did the hot water method, Keep your cups as a holder…the little ones are sometimes slow on eating their popsicles and you can drop it back in the cup and finish it off with your spoon. In a hurry, you can buy drinkable yogurt and freeze it the same way.
