It sounds very refreshing too..hmmmm think I need to hit Sprouts!
1/2 Pineapple
3-4 Kale leaves
1 stick of Celery
1/2 cucumber
1/4 lemon
1/2 inch of Ginger
Put it all together and BLEND into a great smoothie.
Enjoy!
