1 Corinthians 6:19 Temples of the Holy Spirit

” Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own” And keep in mind,  2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ ( In Love ) , he is a new creature:          old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”  Love and care for the gift He has created…YOU !

So how do we become new? Here are a few tips to get you started.

1.) Begin your day in Gratefulness. Take the 1st 10 mins and Pray or read some form of HIs Word..which means words of       Love and encouragement..uplifting edifying Words…not negative thoughts. Check out the little book ” Jesus Calling”

2.) Tell yourself ” Today is a new day, I WILL rejoice and be Glad in it”  – maybe read a segment of “As a Man Thinketh”

3.) Have “something” for breakfast. and that doesn’t mean just a cup of coffee..whether you are a breakfast eater of not – Your BODY & MIND need the nourishment to start your day and carry you till lunch. Try a shake or toast w/jam & peanut butter.

4.) Take at least a 30 min. Lunch! Step away from your work! Meditate and Pray while you eat,Take a walk, read a good book.

5.) When you clock out from work…leave it ! It will still be there tomorrow to consume your mind.

6.) Listen to some good music while you create a healthy dinner. (Before 8 pm)

7.) Cleanse your body, brush your teeth, then nourish your body with some relaxing lotion or oil before you go to bed

8.) Gear down with relaxing music or a funny sit com so you go to sleep with “good things” on your mind.

9.) Trouble getting to sleep try some relaxing tea or Emergen Zzzzzz in your water.

10.) Don’t forget to have a chat with Jesus before you retire..unloading your burdens will aid in a good rest.

If you can chat online daily, text, watch TV, & talk on the phone “Daily” ..You CAN Love and Care for yourself Daily..just put the Phone down & stop talking! You will be amazed at the extra time you have for yourself..

Said in Much love to myself, my friends, and my neighbors. Hugs.
